Ms. Chaplin attended and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida and received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Chaplin has owned and operated her own practice in Jacksonville, Florida since 2010.
